Concord, Ontario, Canada, November 16, 2009 - DCL International Inc., is pleased to announce that the Grene Group has become DCL's new representative serving the Off-Road mobile market in Denmark. As of November 1, 2009, the Grene Group has officially taken over Hostrup Industrimaskiner, DCL's long-time representative in Denmark, headed by Hakon Hostrup. Hakon Hostrup will continue his affiliation in the emissions control business acting as an ad hoc consultant to the Grene Group during their transition into this new venture.

Founded in 1915, the Grene Group's (www.grene.com) original objective was in spare parts for agricultural machines. Today the business has expanded to offer a wide variety of products and solutions and is centered on three core business areas: agriculture, industry and hydraulics. The decision to acquire Hostrup Industrimaskiner provides synergies for Grene, as many of Hakon Hostrup's customers were also customers of Grene. Now working together, with Grene's known logistics solutions and Hakon Hostrup's many years of experience in the emissions control business, this new product area will create additional value for both Grene and DCL's customers.
