Concord, Ontario- July 7, 2008- DCL International Inc. announced today that an agreement was made with Valley Power Systems, Inc. of California, for the installation and service of DCL's MINE-X SOOTFILTER® diesel particulate filters. The agreement between DCL and Valley will cover CARB verified Level 3 DPFs for California.

In business for over 55 years, Valley is a recognized dealer and distributor for a number of large engine, transmission and equipment manufacturers.

DCL's MINE-X SOOTFILTER® DPF system is one of the first CARB verified Level 3 passively regenerating diesel particulate filters for off-road diesel engine applications. The DPF system also includes a backpressure and temperature monitor system, which provides continuous visual awareness to the equipment operator.
